Triumph Commander detail

This recent commission was to perform paint correction to a Triumph Commander motorcycle. The bike was washed down prior to our arrival by the owner. We blow the motorcycle over with powerful air from the Vents Bi Motor to remove any dust etc.we tied the painted panels down with IPA.The entire motorcycle was masked up using 3M 3434 tape and professional masking paper. The paintwork was treated to a 3 stage paint correction process using Scholl compounds in various grades, and Scholl foam pads in relevant grades. Before the second correction stage was completed all scratches, scuffs etc were located and removed by using 3000 grade wet sanding material. The bike was unmasked and wiped down with IPA.We then applied Parc Ferme paint surface cleaner to the painted panels.Next we applied 2 coats of Parc Ferme Silverstone hand wax.The paintwork had a final coat of finishing spray to finish prior to handover .
